Our Emerging Talent package takes away all the uncertainty and gives you the information and advice you need to make an informed career decision. You will work closely with an experienced career expert who will advise you on the options that are best suited to you.

It’s incredibly daunting having to make choices about university courses or your first steps into the working world at such an early stage in your life. You haven’t had the time to fully understand the huge number of options available to you, but the decisions you make now can limit your options later down the line.

• Would I be better off going straight into the working world or completing an apprenticeship?
• I’m not enjoying my A-Levels, what do I do next?
• Which degree would give me the best career prospects?
• I’ve finished university but what career do I choose?

This level of uncertainty is scary, but it’s also totally normal. There’s no way you can be expected to know which careers might be a good fit for you when all you’ve experienced so far is education, maybe with the odd part-time job.
