Terms and Conditions

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot not be exchanged, transferred or re-sold.

When purchasing multiple tickets, the Organisers require the names, job title and email address of each individual delegate.

Delegates will not be allowed admission without a valid ticket.

For safety reasons the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or expel delegates.

If the event becomes oversubscribed, the Organisers reserve to right to cancel bookings and refund ticket prices.

The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the event content and/or timing of the event.

If the event is cancelled or cannot proceed for any reason The Organisers’ liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price.

The Organisers cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

Delegates are not permitted to film, photograph or record any part of the event or its content without written permission.

The opinion of the speakers is not necessarily the opinion of the Organisers.

Refreshments and buffet lunch is included. Delegates with special dietary requirements should contact us directly.

Delegates, other than approved Sponsors, are not permitted to use the event for self-promotion of themselves or their company or products, including verbally or by distribution of materials. Those doing so will be asked to leave.

Additional conditions applicable to delegates booking the VIP Dinner:

• Dress code is business wear

• The venue, menu and entertainment are subject change

• If, for whatever reason, the VIP Dinner is cancelled, a refund will be made. The Organisers’ liability is limited to the ticket price.

• The menu is fixed. Special dietary requirements or allergens should be notified to the organiser at least 7 days before the event.
